What we collect
When you apply to join our pilot, we collect your name, institution, email address, and a short description of the clinical task you are interested in.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo session, and assess whether a pilot collaboration is a good fit.
Where data stays
Application details are used for communication with your institution. Patient data from pilot sites never leaves those institutions under our federated learning design.
Retention and contact
We keep application details only as long as needed to manage the pilot conversation. To ask a question or request deletion, email info@refinedai.tech.
